We present the case of a 71-year-old female patient who was admitted to our clinic for presence erythematous-petechial and vesiculo-bullous lesions, which occur spontaneously or after minor trauma, disseminated throughout body, with an evolution over 3 years. Histopathological examinations were not specific epidermolysis bullosa, although clinical examination highly suggestive. After therapeutic failure Colchicine Dapsone, it decided start treatment Medrol favorable outcome one month treatment. Although diagnostic criteria are defined aspects under corticosteroid support diagnosis bullosa acquisita. Renal biopsy is performed showing proximal tubulopathy lambda light monoclonal chains. Considering all investigations, gammopathy made be treated Lenalidomide plus Dexamethasone.
